Typhoon Lagoon water park will close for its annual refurbishment on January 3, 2016, and will reopen on March 13, 2016.
Selfie Sticks no longer allowed
Effective today, June 30, selfie sticks will not be permitted inside any Walt Disney World or Disneyland Park.
This is for the safety of all guests.
However....if you forget, or arrive unaware...you may store it with Guest Relations, and retrieve it at the end of the day, as you exit the park!
