New Breakfast Offerings Coming to Magic Kingdom Park

 

A few new quick-service breakfast offerings will be making their debut at Magic Kingdom Park in the coming weeks.

 

Casey’s Corner will be serving muffins, bagels and a croissant donut, or if you prefer a brunch-like option you can opt for the corn dog nuggets and the hash brown dog.

 

Just across the street on Main Street USA, Plaza Ice Cream Parlor will begin serving Mickey waffles, Kelloggs cereal and donuts. For a sweet twist on breakfast, try the donut sundae, a donut topped with your favorite flavor of hand-scooped Edy’s ice cream, hot fudge, apple, whipped cream, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips and of course, a cherry.
Sleepy Hollow will not only have their famous waffles, made fresh to order (and maybe I overload it with strawberries, maybe not :)....they will now add a new egg, ham and tomato waffle sandwich to the lineup.
Of course, the fruit and chocolate-hazelnut waffle sandwich isn't going anywhere! #delish

Dates Announced for the 2017 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World Resort

The Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival returns to Walt Disney World® Resort Aug. 31-Nov. 13, 2017. This year’s festival will be a record 75 days of global culinary creations, celebrity chefs, premium events, Eat to the Beat concerts, and more.

Planning to watch the Iron Bowl from the ESPN Club at Disney's Boardwalk Inn?
They have a few new starters on the menu:
New starters:
*ESPN House Chili
*Clam chowder with chopped bacon
*Bar Flats (the ESPN version of a flatbread)
*Crispy fried Florida pink shrimp with Cajun remoulade
*Club Fries – chunky steak fries topped with ESPN chili, Cheddar and ale fondue, crumbled blue cheese, marinated tomatoes, crispy pancetta and green onion. Plenty to share.
*Pan-fried potato and cheese pierogi topped with herb-infused sour cream and caramelized onions

Gourmet Hot Dogs at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

Disney Food:
Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa recently started dishing up seven new gourmet hot dogs, each themed to a different city or region of the United States. Each specialty dog is served on a bun fresh-baked daily by the Grand Floridian Bakery.
Some of these yummys:
**Cleveland – Available on Sundays, the Cleveland dog is topped with French fries, coleslaw and hot sauce.
**Seattle – Lovers of spicy food will want to visit on Monday, when they can get the Seattle, topped with cream cheese, raw jalapeños, chopped cabbage and finished with Sriracha.
**and pictured...Memphis – Barbecue lovers rejoice, the Memphis dog is topped with two slices of bacon, barbecue sauce, chopped scallions and shredded cheddar cheese. This dog is available on Wednesday.

Chocolate layer cake with caramel ganache, chocolate crunchy pearls, fleur de sel, apricot compote, Pabana mousse (banana, passion fruit, mango, lemon) and chocolate truffle mousse is topped with chocolate ganache and a sparkly silver chocolate diamond.
