International Treats at Holidays Around the World at Epcot at Walt Disney World Resort
Clockwise around World Showcase:
- Mexico – Sweet tamales.
- Norway – Frozen Peppermint Trifle; Traditional Rice Cream.
- China – Kaikouxiao (Happy Face Fried Cake).
- Germany – Stollen, the classic holiday fruit bread; Glühwein, a hot spiced wine; Werther’s Original specialty drinks and treats, and a German artisanal cheese plate.
- Italy – Prosecco sparkling wine and Panettone (Italian Christmas bread).
- American Adventure – Start with a peek at the edible United States Capitol Building and Washington Monument (starting December 1) made out of 50 pounds of gingerbread.
- On the promenade at American Adventure, The Sugar and Spice shop (open November 27) is the place for treats for the Candlelight Processional. You’ll find peppermint bark, gingerbread cookies, chocolate chunk cookies, holiday tree sugar cookies, hot chocolate, eggnog, hot chocolate with peppermint Schnapps, and eggnog with Buffalo Trace Kentucky Bourbon.
- Japan – A savory grilled Kurobuto pork sausage with pineapple and onions and Hitachino Ginger Beer.
- Morocco – honey chocolate baklava.
- France – A classic Buche de Noel au Chocolat (chocolate Christmas log) and a special glace à la cannelle et noix de pecan caramélisées (cinnamon ice cream and caramelized pecans).
- United Kingdom – Hot applejack cider.
- Canada – Pecan maple bark.
- Promenade Refreshments – A little savory, a little sweet: a warm turkey sandwich on cranberry bread with mashed potatoes and gravy; peppermint sundae, chocolate grasshopper, hot chocolate, hot chocolate with Godiva Coffee Liqueur and Red Hook Winterhook Ale.

2015 Candlelight Processional Dining Packages
The rich sounds of a full orchestra and choir fill the America Gardens Theatre, and a special celebrity narrator takes the stage for a stirring retelling of the Christmas story as Candlelight Processional returns to Epcot® at the Walt Disney World® Resort Nov 27-Dec. 30, 2015.
You can enjoy guaranteed seating for this holiday tradition, as well as a delicious meal at an Epcot restaurant with Candlelight Processional Dining Packages – starting $35 for lunch and $50 for dinner for adults (plus tax and gratuity). Packages include an appetizer, entrée, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage per person (or one full buffet where applicable).

Santa Claus is a busy guy this time of year, but we have good news! He’s carving time out of his schedule to pay a visit to Disney Parks, where you can meet him and fill him in on your fondest wish for this holiday season. Between now and Christmas Day, Santa will be making stops throughout Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. Here are some of the places you’re bound to find him:
- Epcot – The American Adventure, during Holidays Around the World
- Magic Kingdom Park – Town Square Courtyard on Main Street, U.S.A., during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
- Downtown Disney (Walt Disney World Resort) – Santa’s Chalet near World of Disney, during Festival of the Seasons
- Disneyland park – Jingle Jangle Jamboree in Frontierland
- Disney California Adventure park – Inside Elias & Co. on Buena Vista Street
- Resorts – Santa has also been known to pop in at some of the Disney resort hotels on Christmas Eve, just in time to take any last-minute requests.

At Magic Kingdom Park, Jingle Cruise is again themed as if the Skippers are once again homesick for the holidays and decorated the attraction queue and boathouse with homemade decorations, gifts and items from back home. (If you listen carefully, you may also hear a holiday-themed radio broadcast playing in the background in the queue)

Very Merry...or Not-So-Scary...What's your Pleasure?
Those of you who are already busy planning fall vacations will be happy to hear that tickets are now on sale for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Parties and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Parties.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a Halloween-themed special event held on select evenings at Magic Kingdom Park. Purchase of an additional admission ticket is required to attend, and plenty of fun is in store, including trick-or-treating, performances of Mickey’s Boo-to-You Parade and Happy HalloWishes Fireworks, Disney characters in costume, themed décor and much more.
